Margaret Cho talks about John Travolta's sexual orientation on her Australia tour

Last week, comedian Margaret Cho made a tour stop to tell her opinion (and frustrations) about John Travolta. She worked with the actor on the 1997 movie “Face/Off”. The comedienne expressed her point of view on the ongoing rumors about Travolta’s allegation that he sexually assaulted a handful of men.

“He is so gay. He’s not just gay. He doesn’t just like men. He’s like Oscar Wilde gay— like Lord Byron gay,” Cho says. “And I feel bad for him because I know he would be much happier if he could just come out. But he can’t. I know him well because I did a movie with him and I worked with him for a year." Cho is a longtime gay rights activist who’s happily in an open marriage.
