Edinburgh Fringe Festival is approaching fast, but until then, the stand-up comedians have to warm up their performances. Therefore, stand-up comedians Hebburn (born Jason Cook) and Patrick Monahan are going to preview their stand-up comedy shows prepared for Edinburgh Fringe Festival at Laughter Live next Tuesday (July 12) at Sunderland Empire.
Stand-up comedian Jason Cook stared doing stand-up comedy as part of the Newcastle-based sketch troupe, called Soup. The success came fast and he started a solo career in stand-up comedy and in 2007 he had his first stand-up comedy performance at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Since then, he is a regular to the festival and he gathered a lot of five stars reviews.
Patrick Monahan is also a regular at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival where he performed seven times, five times single stand-up comedy shows. His humor is based on the interaction with the public and about him growing up in Teesside to Irish and Iranian parents.
