Kent Alterman, head of original programming and production at Comedy Central announced today that Nick Swardson’s insane TV show called “Nick Swardson’s Pretend Time” is going to come back with his second season on Wednesday, October 5 at 10:30 p.m.

Stand up comedian Nick Swardson is glad to be turning back, as well as Kent Alterman. "We sent Nick off to therapy after season one, so we're confident he will be even more in touch with his dark, demented side for season two," said Alterman.

“Nick Swardson’s Pretend Time” is a TV sketch comedy show created by and starring comedian and actor Nick Swardson. The show premiered on Tuesday, October 12, 2010, at 10 p.m. EST on Comedy Central. All the episodes of the first season have also included appearances from a character named Gay Robot, who originally appeared on Adam Sandler's comedy album Shh...Don't Tell. Gay Robot was and is currently voiced by Nick Swardson.
