Moontower Comedy Festival, Day 3: Marc Maron, Brian Posehn and Bill Burr

The third day of Moontower Comedy Festival brought together megastar comedians who entertained the audience with a bucket full of laughs.

IFC series “Maron” unveiled a sneak-peak screening followed by a Q&A, moderated by Matt Bearden. After that, Greg Fitzsimmons and Chris Hardwick dropped some magic comedy. Laughspin showcased their best performers: Chelsea Peretti, Michael Ian Black and Judah Friedlander.

The comedy kept on coming with Janeane Garofolo, Brian Posehn and Bill Burr. The Velveeta Room showed probably the best challenging show where contestants are challenged not to laugh. “Laugh, Dammit!” showed a panel of funny people, prizes and laughs for everyone. Judah Friedlander spent several minutes after the show to bond with his fans.

Pete Holmes couldn’t miss this one too so he was headlining a set at The Paris – a good show wich left you with some pains from all that laughter.

Kyle Kinane headlined The Scottish Rite Theater with Chip Pope, Dan St. Germain, Chris Hardwick and Michael Che. He got on stage, had the audience from the start and kept us along for the ride with some manic-depression jokes and finished big personifying Evan Williams whiskey and some of his favourite liquors.

Closing out the festival’s third evening were two iconic superstars: Brian Posehn and Janeane Garofalo.

We’re excided to see the last day of festival with Maria Bamford and a Mike Lawrence set.
