The comedian Dave Chappelle was sued again in 2008, by Mustafa Abuelhija, the comedian's former manager, being accused of failing to pay the settlement from their first trial in 2005.
In 2005, Mustafa Abuelhija accused Dave Chappelle of wrongful termination, after the star fired him. In the 2005 trial, the stand up comedian agreed to pay his former manager 10% of the profits from the Dave Chappelle Block Party movie and 10% of the profits from For What It's Worth stand up comedy video, and 10% of the money from the Dave Chappelle Show (season two, three and four).
After three years have passed, Dave Chappelle's former manager claims he hasn't received any payment yet and he is taking the star again to court, this time in New York.
