Stand up comedian Paula Poundstone performs at the Egyptian
Stand up comedian Paula Poundstone is going to bring of her unusual attire and her humor at the Egyptian Theatre, Idaho on Friday, September 23. The gates to Paula Poundstone’s stand up comedy show open at 8 p.m.
Paula Poundstone started doing stand-up comedy on open-mic nights in Boston in 1979. She is mostly recognized for her performing in a suit and tie. The stand up comedienne is number 88 on Comedy Central's 2004 list of the 100 greatest stand-ups of all time and won the American Comedy Award for "Best Female Stand-Up Comic" in 1989. Paula Poundstone also had her own Bravo special as part of their three-part Funny Girls series, along with Caroline Rhea and Joan Rivers, titled "Look What the Cat Dragged In."
