ASA, the South African Advertising Standards Authority banned a TV commercial for a ringtone with Jeff Dunham's puppet Achmed the Dead Terrorist. ASA's decision comes after a complaint filed by Moegamat Khan, a citizen who is concerned that this ad brings the impression that all Muslims are terrorists and is offensive to the Islamic religion.
